Pupa Design delivers customized industrial and aesthetic design consulting services. Because our work involves allocated studio time, engineering resources, and bespoke creative development, the following refund and cancellation policies apply:
Initial project deposits or discovery retainers secure studio calendar allocation. Once creative research, scoping, or modeling work has commenced, discovery fees and retainer deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Projects are executed across clearly articulated milestones (e.g., Concept Exploration, 3D CAD Modeling, Manufacturing Specifications). Client approval of a milestone deliverable confirms full acceptance; fees paid for approved milestones are non-refundable.
